Estou extremamente chateado, fiz um pedido há 3 semanas e queria recebê-lo antes do feriado, mas ele nunca chegou, voltou do feriado e não me enviaram nenhum e-mail sobre quando seria entregue, embora tenham mencionado que o enviaram no dia 10 de junho. Enviei um e-mail perguntando quanto tempo ele duraria, mas não recebi resposta. 🤷🏻♀️
Estou muito decepcionado com minha experiência recente. Recebi meu pedido, mas, infelizmente, o item não atendeu às minhas expectativas.Gostaria de devolver o produto, mas, apesar de ter entrado em contato por e-mail, não recebi nenhuma resposta às minhas perguntas. Continuo aguardando uma resposta e a etiqueta de devolução. Tem sido bastante frustrante, e espero resolver esse problema em breve.
