Ik kreeg een e-mail terug van de vakantie en kreeg geen e-mail terug wanneer de bestelling geleverd zou worden. Ze zeiden wel dat ze de bestelling op 10 juni hadden verzonden. Ik heb ze een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag hoe lang de bestelling meegaat, maar ik heb geen e-mail teruggestuurd. 🤷🏻♀️
Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over mijn recente ervaring. Ik heb mijn bestelling ontvangen, maar helaas voldeed het artikel niet aan mijn verwachtingen.Ik wil het product retourneren, maar ondanks mijn e-mailcontact heb ik nog steeds geen reactie op mijn vragen ontvangen. Ik wacht nog steeds op een antwoord en het retourlabel. Het is behoorlijk frustrerend en ik hoop dat dit probleem snel wordt opgelost.
