Claims beyond the value of the product cannot be accepted.
Airline Damage
One of the most common causes of luggage damage is airline baggage handling, particularly during transfers.
We cannot take responsibility for damage caused during airline handling.
We recommend taking a moment to inspect your luggage before removing it from the baggage carousel.
If your product is damaged during transit, you must report it to the airline or its representative before leaving the terminal, as they will not process claims once you have left the airport.
Combination Lock Setup Instructions
The combination lock is factory set to 0-0-0.
Choose a personal code that is easy to remember (e.g., birthday, address, etc.).
To set your code:

With the button on the lock pulled out, hold it in this position while setting your code.

Release the button.

From now on, your suitcase can be opened with the new combination and by pressing the release button.
