Am extremely upset ,I have made an order 3 weeks ago and wanted to get it before the holiday ,it never arrived, came back from Holiday no email when it will be delivered ,though they mentioned they have sent it on the 10th of June .Emailed them asking how long it will last no email back 🤷🏻♀️
I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I received my order, but unfortunately, the item did not meet my expectations. I would like to return the product, but despite reaching out via email, I have not received any response to my inquiries. I am still waiting for a reply and the return label. It has been quite frustrating, and I hope to resolve this issue soon.
