Would you like a different color? The size does not suit you? Please contact us by e-mail with the following information: order number, purchased article number and description of the product, article number and name of the desired replacement product, your e-mail address and telephone number.

If the desired replacement product is available, we will send you the replacement package within 3 working days, the courier will take the replacement you requested and pick up the product you have.

It is important that the returned item must be new and unused, in its original packaging.
It is important that the original packaging is not written on or that the box is not damaged, sealed with transparent adhesive tape and all the product's original labels attached. If this is not met, a percentage will be deducted proportionally from the total amount of the product.

Please note that you have to pay the shipping cost of the replacement (14.5 Euro for a standard size package). For oversized packages, contact us for more details.
