This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damages resulting from improper use (such as moving with unusual items), negligence, accidents, wear and tear, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal product usage, or transport damage.
To make use of the warranty service at distributors, you will need a properly completed warranty certificate.
Claims beyond the product’s value will not be accepted.
Airline damage:
The most common cause of luggage damage is airline baggage handling, damages occurring during transfer of the luggage, for which we do not take responsibility.
We always recommend taking a moment to check your luggage before removing it from the carousel.
If your product was damaged in transit, you must notify the airline or its representative before leaving the terminal, as claims will not be handled once you have left the airport.
Instructions for setting the combination lock:
The combination lock is preset at the factory to 0-0-0.
Choose your own code that you will easily remember (e.g., birthday, address, etc.).
Set your desired code as follows:

With the button on the lock pulled out, hold it in this position while setting your own code.

Then release the button.

From now on, the suitcase can be opened with the new code and by pressing the release button.
