  • Damage occurring during transportation

To claim warranty service, you must present a properly completed warranty card to the distributor.
Claims exceeding the product’s value cannot be accepted.

Airline Damage

The most common cause of luggage damage is airline baggage handling, particularly during transfers.
We cannot accept responsibility for this type of damage.

We recommend that you check your luggage carefully before removing it from the baggage carousel.
If your product has been damaged in transit, notify the airline or their representative before leaving the terminal, as airlines will not process damage claims once you have left the airport.

Combination Lock Instructions

The combination lock is factory set to 0-0-0.
Choose a personal code you can easily remember (e.g., birthday, address).

To set your code:

  1. Pull the button on the lock to the open position and hold it.

  2. While holding the button, set your desired code.

  3. Release the button.

  4. Your suitcase can now be opened using the new combination and by pressing the release button.
