Είμαι εξαιρετικά αναστατωμένος, έκανα μια παραγγελία πριν από 3 εβδομάδες και ήθελα να την παραλάβω πριν από τις διακοπές, αλλά δεν έφτασε ποτέ, επέστρεψα από τις διακοπές δεν έλαβα email πότε θα παραδοθεί, αν και ανέφεραν ότι την έστειλαν στις 10 Ιουνίου. Τους έστειλα email ρωτώντας τους πόσο καιρό θα διαρκέσει, δεν έλαβα email. 🤷🏻♀️
Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος/η με την πρόσφατη εμπειρία μου. Παρέλαβα την παραγγελία μου, αλλά δυστυχώς, το προϊόν δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου.Θα ήθελα να επιστρέψω το προϊόν, αλλά παρά το γεγονός ότι επικοινώνησα μέσω email, δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση στα ερωτήματά μου. Περιμένω ακόμα απάντηση και την ετικέτα επιστροφής. Ήταν αρκετά απογοητευτικό και ελπίζω να επιλύσω αυτό το πρόβλημα σύντομα.
